File I-526 Petition

Visa Processing
Once I-526 is approved, apply for an EB5 immigrant visa at a U.S. consulate or adjust status if already in the U.S. Your spouse and children under 21 are included.
Conditional Green Card
Receive a 2-year conditional permanent resident card for you, your spouse, and unmarried children under 21. You may live and work anywhere in the United States.
I-829 Petition
